From our first meeting with you, we'll help you establish your project goals, whether it is a log home, cottage addition, or kitchen renovation. What is your site location? Do you have a clear picture of your finished project? Have you visited home shows, looked at design books and websites for inspiration? Have you thought about how the new space will be used, and how it will best fit your lifestyle? What are your timelines and preliminary budgets?

From there we'll prepare certified construction drawings ready to submit for permits. At that point, a final quote on the work will be given, as well as a detailed written contract outlining the scope of the construction services. Once the contract is signed, your turnkey building project can be scheduled.

While building a custom home or cottage , our clients can look forward to collaborating with their project manager, or Project Leads, who will oversee all aspects of the professional building experience.
